Coded Welding

With the world’s energy supply moving away from a reliance on petrochemical to renewable alternatives, Treval Engineering has been involved in projects with new technologies. We are continually carrying out new procedures and approvals to keep pace with these changes.

We hold an extensive catalogue of approved notified body welder approvals and welding procedure qualification records, which we have gained working on so many different projects over the last 45 years. These cover a broad range of processes and materials all in accordance with ASME IX, API and BSEN ISO 15614/9606.

 Treval Engineering welding operatives are trained and qualified to weld carbon steel, mild steel and stainless steel using MMA (Manual Metal Arc welding), MIG (Metal Inert Gas welding) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas welding) processes. Welding can be carried out on site or at our fabrication facility in Orpington, Kent.
